Senior Men's Crew: The senior men's crew is a group of master's age (27 and over) men who meet three times per week for coached rowing workouts. The focus of the Senior Men's Crew is competitive rowing.
The schedule for the Senior Men's Crew workouts is:

Tuesday 5:00 a.m. at Lake Merritt

Thursday 5:00 a.m. at Lake Merritt

Saturday 6:00 a.m. at the Oakland Estuary
