If entering masters events, please indicate rowers' date of birth and average age of boat. Entries received after July 16 will be assessed a 100% penalty, and admission will be on a space-available basis. Make checks payable to the Lake Merritt Rowing Club.

Note: A single organization whose entry fees total $250 or more is eligible for a 25% discount. All boats must be racing for the same organization and all entries must be received together with the fee by July 16. For example, if Marin Rowing Association entries total $400.00, they can deduct 25% of 400 and pay $300.00 (400-(400 x .25)=300).

Nota Bene: Boats composed entirely of Lake Merritt Rowing Club members in good standing are eligible for a 50% discount if the entry fee is received by July 16. Otherwise the full 100% penalty applies.

There will be no refunds for no shows. If you must scratch, please let the Registrar know as soon as possible (Kimberly Hart: 510-236-8783; please leave a message and I'll call you back.)

Events with fewer than 3 entries may be canceled or run concurrently with another event. If we must cancel an event, the contact person on the entry form will be notified by Friday, July 18.

REMEMBER:

• Entries must be received by July 16 to register at the lowest rate.

• Late entries will be accepted with a 100% surcharge on a space-available basis.

• No entries will be accepted on Saturday, July 26 or Sunday, July 27.

• Bring bow numbers.
