Practice on Rowing Machines (ergometers – www.concept2.com)

10:00- 10:20

Procedures, Equipment and Rowing Terminology

10:20-10:30

Break – Stretching - Bathroom

10:30-11:00

Dockside Practice

11:00-11:40

On-the-Water Practice

11:40-12:00

Wash and Clean boats - Retrieve launch - Class Debrief

 Day II – Sunday  

9:00-9:15

Stretching and Launch

9:15- 9:45

Introduction to Power Application – Rowing Ergometers

9:45 – 10:15

Dockside Practice – Advanced Bladework

10:15-11:40

On the Water Practice – Turning skills, going straight, going faster

11:40-12:00

Wash and Clean boats - Retrieve launch - Class Debrief

Post rowing recommendations:  Drink lot of water, stretch well at home for 10-15 minutes, get a good night’s sleep
